General Instructions
This is a program for improving circulation and/or chelating toxic metals from the system. It is very important to start slowly with this program and work up as instructed. Otherwise, symptoms such as nausea, dizziness, headaches and skin eruptions, may occur. It is also important to taper off as instructed, or fatigue and temporary nutritional deficiencies may result. Although this program requires a person to take a lot of supplements, it is much cheaper than receiving treatment for a stroke, heart attack, Alzheimer's disease or having a coronary by-pass.
Working Up to a Full Dose
The following is the suggested program for improving circulation. For the first week, take the following with breakfast and dinner.
1 tablet of Mega-Chel
1 tablet of Mineral Maintenance OR 1/2 ounce of Colloidal Minerals
Each week increase the dosage of Mega-Chel and minerals by 1 tablet. Hence, the second week take 2 tablets of Mega-Chel and 2 tablets of Mineral Maintenance with breakfast and dinner. The third week the dosage will increase to 3 of each 2x's per day, etc., until you reach full dose. If you are using Colloidal Minerals, gradually increase the amount of this supplement until you are taking 1 ounce in the morning and 1 ounce at night.
People with strong constitutions may be able to work up to a full dose at a more rapid pace than described above. Start with 2 tablets of each 2x daily and increase to 4 tablets of each 2x daily during the second week. Start on a full dose the third week.
Full Program
A full dose of Mega-Chel is 4-6 tablets twice daily, depending on body weight. Large persons should take the full 6 tablets per day. Small persons should take 4 tablets 2x per day. Individuals of average height and weight should find 5 tablets 2x per day (for a total of 10 per day) sufficient. When you reach full dose, you will be taking the following with breakfast and dinner:
6 Mega-Chel Tablets
6 Mineral Maintenance Tablets OR 1 ounce Colloidal Minerals
You will need to stay on this full dose for a minimum of one month for each ten years of your age. Thus, if you are 40 you need to stay on the full dose for at least four months, six months if you are 60, etc. Serious circulatory problems may require a longer period of time.
You may also wish to add some of the following supplements for special problems. These are suggested full doses. You can work up gradually to a full dose on these supplements as well. Suggested full doses are given.
* For Heart problems: 2 HS-II or 2 Hawthorn Berries with each meal
* For Alzheimer's or senility: 2 Ginkgo/Hawthorn capsules with each meal
* For varicose veins and high risk from stroke: 2 Butcher's Broom capsules with each meal
* For persons with kidney weakness, arthritis or chronic back pain: 3 KB-C capsules with each meal
* For heavy metal poisoning or high cholesterol: 1 tsp. psyllium in a large glass of water or juice upon arising and before retiring, 2 Blood Build or BP-X capsules with each meal and/or 2 capsules of Bowel Build or Kelp with each Meal.
Tapering off
It is important to taper off in a similar manner to building up. On the full program you are taking very large doses of certain vitamins and minerals and the body gets lazy about extracting them from food. Hence, if you quit all at once, your body may experience a sudden drop in nutrient levels until it re-adjusts by absorbing more of these vitamins and minerals from food.
Some people may wish to use 2 tablets of Mega-Chel per day as their daily vitamin and mineral supplement.
Diet and Lifestyle Aids
Moderate daily exercise is vital to a healthy circulatory system. This can be as simple as a brisk walk.
High fat diets are one of the worst enemies of circulatory health. Avoid fried, greasy foods. Avoid fast foods. Use Olive oil. Butter is healthier than margarine.
Drink pure water. Reverse Osmosis is excellent. There is some evidence that chlorine makes blood fats and cholesterol sticky, eventually causing hardening of the arteries.
Eat more high fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains and eat less red meat, white flour and sugar. Fiber foods (oatmeal, etc.) have been shown to absorb cholesterol in the bowel as well as lowering blood fat and cholesterol levels.
Perform a gall bladder flush. Sometimes this aids in getting the cholesterol out of the liver
The following foods can build blood and aid circulation: green leafy vegetables, beets, swiss chard, berries, olive oil, fish (trout, salmon, etc.) curried foods and Mexican salsa.
